ENGLISH Grade10 exposes the students to the critical study of selected literary texts, both canonical and post-colonial with particular emphasis on those that help students’ faith in God and challenge them to live
that faith in their interaction with their peers, their family, and the outside community. Aside from enriching the students’ reading, listening, speaking, and writing competencies, the course also engages the students in the study and writing of academic papers and the interpretation, as well as production of literary and media texts.
