NO ENTRANCE EXAM (Incoming Grade 7 Applicants)

Application Requirements:

1. Transcript of Records or Grades 4-6 Report Cards
2. Recommendation Form from the Guidance Counselor or current or previous Class Adviser.

Application Procedure ONLINE

1. Apply online at adnujhs.net or services.adnu.edu.ph/jhs/apply.
2. Upload electronic copies of Grades 4-6 Report Cards.
3. Download the Recommendation Form and send it to the Guidance Counselor or the current or past Class Adviser. (Filled out Recommendation Form to be directly sent via email to the Admissions Office jhs_aao@gbox.adnu.edu.ph or submitted physically in sealed envelope.)
4. Wait for the Admissions Office’s information of result or further interview (online).

WALK-IN

1. Key-in applicant’s information at the admission encoding terminals in Pacol Campus. (Electronic copies of report cards not required.)
2. Submit authenticated photocopies of Grades 4-6 Report Cards and Recommendation Form (if available in sealed envelope).
3. Wait for the Admissions Office’s information of result or further interview (online).

Reservation for next academic year may be made enrollment after admission result is released. Enrollment starts in May 2021. For scholarship applications, visit the JHS Admissions Office or email jhs_aao@gbox.adnu.edu.ph or call 881-4185 or 881-4190.

TRANSFER APPLICANTS (Incoming Grade 8-9)

1. Apply online at adnujhs.net or services.adnu.edu.ph/jhs/apply.
2. Send electronic copy of the Report Card with final grades and Letter of Intent explaining the reason for transfer.
3. Download the Recommendation Form and send it to the Guidance Counselor or the current or past Class Adviser. (Filled out Recommendation Form to be directly sent via email to the Admissions Office jhs_aao@gbox.adnu.edu.ph or submitted physically in sealed envelope.)
4. Wait for the Admissions Office’s notice for interview (online).
